3 quick ways to solve a website challenge

1. Browse the knowledge base below for quick answers to common issues and how to guides

2. Try clearing your website’s caching (if you haven’t already). This is mainly an issue with WordPress rather than Statamic websites

3. Send us an email to support@avoca.design

Send us a ticket (email) at support@avoca.design

It’s ok to CC in one of the team to that email but please don’t just email one of us individually, always include the support address. We prioritise the support queue and if we’re away it’s definitely possible we might miss your email.

Tips for a helpful ticket:

• Give us some context. “my website is broken” is not nearly as helpful as “ when I go to {insert page here}, I see {insert problem here}”

• If you see any error messages, its helpful if you copy them and paste them in your email

• If you have multiple issues or requests for content updates, it’s helpful to put them all in one email. That way we can keep the threads together and work through any of your issues one by one (sometimes issues are related, even if they don’t seem like it on the surface)
