We host WordPress and Statamic sites. We've optimised our servers and workflows specifically for these two platforms. If your site is built on something else, we'd be happy to discuss migrating it to WordPress or Statamic.

We'll let you know before we go over. Additional time is charged at our normal hourly rate at the end of each month. We’ll never do more than 2 hours of additional work without having a clear project scope that we’ve all agreed on.
If you regularly need more help, we'll suggest a plan upgrade or a monthly retainer at a 10% discount on our normal hourly rate, whichever makes more sense for you.

No. If you are being hosted by Avoca then we’re taking care of that for you. We manage the site and make sure the software is always up to date and secure.
We also make sure all things are backed up and servers run smoothly.

Part of our launch process is to make sure you’re getting a monthly report from Plausible and have access to the analytics panel. If you don’t have access or someone else on the team also needs these reports just reach out to our team and we’ll get you sorted.
