Every website we host includes Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused platform that shows you how people are finding and using your site without the complexity of Google Analytics. You get a clean dashboard you can check anytime, plus automated monthly reports.

On our Peak and Summit hosting plans, our team reviews your analytics each month and sends you a brief commentary on what's working and where the opportunities are. We also offer SEO keyword position tracking for clients who want to monitor their search rankings.

You'll receive a clear report with prioritised recommendations, followed by a walkthrough call where we explain everything in plain English and discuss next steps together.

An audit often reveals quick wins you hadn't considered, like accessibility improvements that open your site to more visitors, content tweaks that better communicate your value, or technical issues that are quietly slowing things down. Think of it like a warrant of fitness for your website.

Absolutely. Our audits give you the roadmap, and we're here to help you implement it too. If you're on one of our hosting plans, some fixes might be covered by your included support time. For larger pieces of work, we'll scope and quote separately. We work collaboratively, so you're always involved in the decisions.

We include technical SEO checks in every audit: page speed, meta tags, heading structure, and sitemap configuration. Our content strategy work can also go a long way to building a stronger SEO foundation for your site.

For clients on our Summit hosting plan (or anyone with the reporting add-on), we also track keyword rankings and report on your search visibility.

For deeper SEO strategy like link building or large-scale content campaigns, we can connect you with trusted specialists. If you're looking for Google Ads management, we work with trusted partners who have a strong track record of delivering results. We believe in being honest about where our expertise is strongest rather than trying to be everything to everyone.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, lightweight alternative to Google Analytics. It gives you clear, easy-to-read data about your visitors without the complexity or privacy concerns of traditional analytics tools. Every site on our hosting plans gets Plausible installed and configured, with your own dashboard and automated monthly reports.

If your team needs Google Analytics as well, for example to feed data into Google Ads, we can set that up alongside Plausible. The two work perfectly together. Plausible is tiny and has virtually no impact on your site's performance, so there's no downside to running both.

A standalone website audit starts from $500 + GST. This includes the full five-area review, a detailed report, and a walkthrough call. The exact price depends on the size and complexity of your site. If you're on one of our hosting plans, regular reviews are included as part of your plan, from annual reviews on our entry plans through to quarterly strategic reviews on Summit.
