Nayland Scaffold, providing safe and efficient scaffolding

Established in 1988, at Nayland Scaffold Limited they are the privately owned and operated contractors you can trust. With a wealth of experience and an impetus on customer care and satisfaction, you can rest assured when using the wide range of services they have to offer. They cover all types of scaffolding; commercial, industrial, marine and residential.

Nayland Scaffold’s objectives

The team at Nayland Scaffold had a WordPress website that was out of date and unable to be updated to the latest version of WordPress without breaking. Also the site needed a more responsive web design focus to make sure that it displays well on mobile phones which is the primary method of access for many of their customers.

While planning the project we uncovered a need to create an easier booking system for their regular customers. Nayland Scaffold wanted a mobile friendly booking system that made it easy to request scaffolding work form a mobile phone onsite.

Our strategy

We set out to create a modern foundation for Nayland Scaffold to ensure that their new website will be a solid platform for their business for years to come. We focused on clean code and fast loading speeds to maximise compatibility with WordPress core design guidelines and ensure they would avoid a repeat of their existing predicament.

We made the web design modern and mobile friendly by default to make sure that their customers in the field had just as good an experience when using the website as those in the comfort of an office.

We built a custom booking form for their regular scaffolding clients. We included easy instructions to save the booking page to the customers mobile device or computer and a helpful prompt for those customers visiting the booking form regularly, to help them find and use those instructions. This should save both the customers and Nayland Scaffold’s time when requests for scaffolding work come in.
